4. Legal bases and responsible processing
We process information when it is necessary to provide the account and booking services you request, to meet legal obligations, with your consent where required, and for legitimate purposes such as service security, fraud prevention, customer support, record keeping, and system improvement. We limit processing to information reasonably necessary for these purposes.
5. When information is shared
Access is limited to authorized DinKings personnel and service providers that support hosting, email delivery, authentication, maps, or technical operations. Google processes information when you use Google sign-in or Google Maps under Google's own terms and privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a lawful business transfer. DinKings does not sell customer personal information.
6. Cookies and external services
DinKings uses essential session and security cookies to keep accounts signed in and protect requests. Venue pages may display or link to Google Maps, and Google sign-in redirects you to Google. Those services may collect technical information according to their own privacy policies. Disabling essential cookies may prevent login, booking, or account features from working.
7. Retention and security
We keep account, booking, transaction, and audit information only for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, maintain financial and security records, and meet applicable legal requirements. Retention periods may differ by record type. We use access controls, password hashing, authenticated administration, encrypted HTTPS connections, validation, and audit histories to reduce unauthorized access or alteration. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, you may request information about processing, access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, objection or withdrawal of consent where applicable, data portability, or erasure or blocking where legally available. Some booking, transaction, and audit records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
You may also file a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission if you believe your data privacy rights have been violated.
9. Contact and policy updates
For privacy questions or requests, email customerservice@dinkings.net. We may update this policy when the service, its providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
