1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing DinKings, creating an account, or submitting a court booking, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the account or booking services.
2. Customer accounts
You must provide accurate, current information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify DinKings promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Google-created accounts are authenticated and managed through Google; DinKings never receives the Google password. Customer accounts do not provide access to the DinKings administration panel.
3. Court information and availability
Venue details, court images, rates, operating hours, amenities, schedules, and availability are provided to help customers choose a reservation. Availability may change because of other reservations, closures, maintenance, weather, safety concerns, events, or operational requirements. A displayed time slot is not guaranteed until the booking is successfully submitted and accepted under the applicable booking status.
4. Booking process
- Select a venue, court, booking date, and available time.
- Review the customer details, schedule, duration, and charges.
- Confirm that the information is accurate before submitting.
- Retain the generated booking number, barcode, and reservation confirmation.
Submitting a request creates a booking record but does not by itself prove payment or guarantee a final status. The booking status displayed in your account and confirmation is the current system record.
5. Charges and payment records
Rates and applicable booking-related charges are shown during booking or communicated by DinKings. The current website does not directly collect card or online banking credentials. Authorized staff record payments, references, refunds, discounts, and booking adjustments in the administration system. A confirmed booking, recorded payment, completed service, refund, and cancellation are distinct records and may occur at different times.
6. Pending bookings, cancellations, and refunds
Pending bookings that remain unconfirmed for more than 24 hours may be automatically cancelled and their time slots released. Customers may cancel eligible pending or confirmed bookings through My Account when the cancellation action is available. Other cancellations or refund requests must be coordinated with DinKings and remain subject to the venue's applicable rules, timing, usage, and recorded payment status. A cancellation does not automatically establish entitlement to a refund.
7. Venue conduct and safety
Customers and guests must follow posted venue rules, operating hours, court limits, staff instructions, and reasonable safety requirements. Use courts and facilities responsibly, respect other players and property, and disclose relevant booking needs accurately. DinKings may refuse entry, suspend access, or cancel a reservation when reasonably necessary for safety, misconduct, fraud prevention, rule enforcement, or operational requirements.
8. Acceptable website use
You may not attempt to bypass authentication, obtain administrative access, interfere with availability controls, create fraudulent or conflicting bookings, scan or scrape the service abusively, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or misuse booking numbers and confirmations. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, venues, records, and the service.
9. Intellectual property and third-party services
The DinKings name, branding, website design, content, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Google sign-in, Google Maps, and linked third-party services operate under their respective providers' terms. DinKings is not responsible for an external service's independent availability or content.
10. Service limitations
We work to keep booking information accurate and the website available, but temporary interruptions, maintenance, network failures, venue closures, or incorrect third-party information may occur. To the extent permitted by law, DinKings is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use or unavailability of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the booking service, venue operations, or applicable requirements. The latest version and effective date will be posted here. For booking or terms questions, email customerservice@dinkings.net.
